Mesh is a Must! Well maybe not a MUST, but it sure looks nice and flowing in a dress. Many don't wear mesh cause "I don't want to alter the body size I've had forever". Mesh dresses come with an "alpha layer" which is similar to the "invisible prims" we used to wear with shoes. It is supposed to make transparent, those parts that might squeeze thru the mesh. If you like wearing mesh without the alpha layers, I have found that quite a few times, its the "saddle bags" that hamper correct fit, and WHO wants saddle bags in SL or real life :)
