Red Room Skybox

Red Room Skybox has three spacious floors with a low land impact. High ceilings so you don't feel cramped and makes for easy camera views.
Interior dimensions of each floor: 27.6m x 27.6m x 6.8m
Exterior dimensions: 28.4m x 28.4m x 23m
Will fit on 1024 sqm skyland parcels or larger.

Advanced lighting model materials used throughout.

Provided in two models, one with ceiling beams on the 1st floor and one without. Land impact wo ceiling beams is 16 LI. Land impact with ceiling beams is 24 LI.

To maximize floor space there are no stairs between floors. I recommend the use of a teleport system such as the "Abductinator" to teleport between floors. No teleport system is provided, but these are available on the marketplace at a very low cost.
There are no doors or windows.

There is also a roof deck. Allows for a very generous amount of living space in a low land impact building.
