In that pack you will find:

-Red Glitter: Glitter aura
-Red Glitter +: Glitter Aura for curvy avi
-Red glitter left/right hand: glitter for hands + ribbon effect "seen only in movement"
-Red glitter orbiter: it moves around your avatar following you and your movement.

Add the particle's effect you want.

You are now ready and have a lot of fun ☺

In case you rez and want to derezz it , use "ctrl+alt+t" shortkey to see the transparent prim then delete it, use "ctrl+alt+t" to turn back to a normal view.
