Well made !
Very well made model, extremely detailed and helpful materials for custom textures. The shape of the hat isn't as geometrical as modern top hats, it's curvier and more ornate. Fits very well to Biedermeier period costumes, or "Old West" in US terms. Difference between male and female: Men wear bow on the left, women on the right side. I would use it for "fancy/formal" occasions and not bother with any "periods" as to the overall costume.
