Upon noticing the utter lack of truly original male hairstyles on SL, I've decided to create a line of men's hairstyles that are not only detailed, but original, high-quality, affordable, and with plenty of color options.
(Oh, and hopefully include at least one piece of facial hair in each bundle, considering that there seems to be a significant lack of that, too!)
Looking for an original hairstyle that doesn't fit under the category of 'hip', 'emo', or just 'really badly designed'? Looking for a men's hairstyle that could easily stand the test of being placed next to the prims of many of the countless female hairstyles out there? Wanting a significantly detailed hairstyle without having to shell out thousands of lindens, or obtain some sort of nicely-made prim facial hair? Intimidated by heavily-primmed hair, because you don't think you could modify it, either because you like to wear hoods or your head is too big? Well, I've been pondering all of these questions, and my goal is to provide an answer to each!
Wylde Style #002: "Regal Feral"
A longer ponytail style, I wanted to make something elegant, yet masculine, with a wild touch. Something I'd think some sort of rogue elven prince would wear or something. :) (My hair looks especially nice with Drow skins!) Everything is constructed of prim braids and interlooping prims of hair, with intermingled flexis. There are no bands, clasps, or other things that might compete with the rest of your personal style, and the hair is completely moddable... so if you wish to mod the hair and add decoration, you certainly can!
NOTE: As of November, 2008, all of my Wylde Style hairstyles have both SMALL and MEDIUM sizes included!
Detailed, yet decidedly masculine, this hair comes in a variety of colors, both tipped and non-tipped. There is even a plain white hair, that is tintable to any color desirable! When you recieve the full set, you will also get each color of the included braided goatee, as well as versions of each color that are HOOD OPTIMIZED to make your cloak hoods and head-covering hat fittings much easier!
