A very low-script HUD designed to be as non intrusive as possible, the hud should be on the lower left of your screen just right above nearby chat.
Click on it to see how long you've been on a region, you can edit the size and texture too.
Since there's no way to show a parcel's return time using script (afaik), you still need to check it on the parcel details, then click the HUD to see how long you've been in the region to determine whether or not it's safe to stand from your vehicle without getting it returned
Use case scenarios;
- Help finding out when your vehicle is gonna get returned if you stand from it
- Help finding out when to get back to your vehicle if you already stood up from your vehicle and is exploring on-foot

Note: It only detects region change, not parcel change. But it should suffice to see whether or not your vehicle is gonna get returned if you stand in most exploration situations where you or your vehicle just stay within 1 parcel per region (the protected land bit)
