Region wide Ban scanner

The Region wide ban scanner will scan the region for all parcels with ban lines.
Every single landowner with barred parcels, will be found and listed.

Home mode
If the scanner is on it's owners parcel, found landowners will be banned from that parcel.
The scanner can be set to automatically scan and update the ban list in predefined time intervals
NOTE! if the scanner object is set to a group this script can only auto scan over land owned by that group!
Otherwise it will auto scan over land owned by the object owner.

Mobile mode
Wear the scanner on the HUD, go to any region and make a scan.
Take the results back home and add the banners to your ban list if you like.

Q: What kind of bans are found? is it all kinds?
A: The ban lines detected are on parcels with no public access i.e.land that is only allowed to enter for a group or for listed individuals. Individual banning is not detected.

Q: If owned by a group, will a barred parcel be automatically banned?
A: No, there is no way to ban a group, however the scanner will list coordinates for each landowner listed, where you can go and find the information you want.

Q: Will it course Lag?
A: To some extend when scanning. In Auto mode that is a few seconds every 3 hours at the most
