This item is 1Li. It comes with 10 different toilet paper textures, and three baked metal textures for the rack itself.
To change the textures, click the item and choose the button for the portion you'd like to change. To control who is able to change the textures, click the "access" button in the menu to pick owner-only, group, or all.
