Easily rent land, property, houses, apartments ... indeed, *anything you choose* ... with the most powerful rental system in Second Life. All in a package that costs considerably less than competing rental systems.

The Rent Box system consists of a rental box system, prim counter and teleport system. Rental boxes are rezzed on your land or property to manage each tenancy, tier payment, or lease.

* 100% of the rent goes to you; no sneaky commissions as with most other rental systems.

* Rental data is saved in crash-proof memory. The sim may reset, you can take a box into inventory and re-rez it, you can reload a configuration notecard --- and the tenancy data remains secure.

* Charge rent by week and set the minimum and maximum lease times.

* Rental time is tracked by the second; both you and your tenant can easily see how many days, hours, minutes and seconds are left on their rental.

* Automatically IM tenants when their rental nears renewal time.

* Count the prims used by a tenant and warn them if they exceed their limit. (You need the prim counter activate *include in the rental box*)

* Add a partner to a tenancy, so if a couple are renting they can both manage their rental.

* Fully control the box's size and position when rented and unrented.

* Lock the box so it can't be paid, if you wish a tenant to leave when their rental period is up, rather than renew.

* Reserve a rental box for a specific person.
