Someone wanted a script to let them know when parcels in their region had an owner change and I already had this old script I made years ago for that purpose so I decided to offer to everyone for free.
Drop it in a prim. When a parcel in the region has an owner change, the owner of the prim will be IM'd a report within 30 seconds.
