This has become our studio shop, and it’s mind-boggling that for just 9 L.I. it offers two floors, and quite good quality at that. Builds this type often come in no less than 50 LI, and some even aren’t as usable as this.

this skybox is unreal. only 9 land impact. and it's huge. I do wish i could modify the wall textures, but due to it being mesh and soooo low impact i can understand why i can't, but still. i would recommend this skybox to anyone. it is amazing. I imed the creator and they got back to me in 24 hours before i even purchased it. amazing service! gorgeous skybox!! WONDERFUL price.

I love this loft, it is not obvious in the description or photos but the stairs go to an upstairs .... it is a skybox, lots of sky views open feeling totally secluded....love it...the only problem i have is that the stairs are not attached to the wall....so dont think you are gonna bump up against the wall and zoom up the stairs.....lol...im planning on adding a rail....other than that, its an absolute bargain for the price,,, if inclined these could be lined up to make apartments....BTW.....i have like 3 or 4 other builds by these guys and all are amazing......good job guys.(p.s. i purchased the retail store for 1600 and would recommend it to anyone.....k...ill shut up now...

Love this place at only 9 Prims, its a high Value property at a cheap price, with great detail in the lighting effects. My only gripe would be that I'd love to be able to texture the walls
