This is a simple plate, made with mesh to define the shape with low rendering costs. It is both colorable and texturable, with the texture being a perfect top-down projection. Any texture can work.

A great item and value!
I wanted to create a Royal Copenhagen Christmas plate in SL, and this worked perfectly for it. Add the texture, resize it, and you're done.A transferable version at a premium would be great!
Simple, Cheap and Well-made
The title says it all - so worth the tiny price. I needed a nice plate - simple - and that's what this is.
