No Customer Service & Broken Items
I buy a LOT from ||☆Chromatica☆|| and have loved everything I have purchased except for this for the simple fact that there is no pose in the item. Every time I sit down I get a script error...the pose ball has the Nyterave Anim8 Ball 2.1 script but no animation at all. I contacted Nano the first time on the 21th asking if I could just get the pose or a fixed bathtub, I contacted her again on the 24th and again today, the 26th. Today was the first time I did not get an offline message so I was hopeful for a response (we also happened to be at the same pony sim, I live at Lovestruck and she was at the sandbox); still no response at all. I can fix the tub myself, I have some pony poses..but I shouldn't have too. I don't expect any creator to drop everything for a customer, but at least a response would be greatly appreciated. I have a little shop of my own and I would never treat any customer this way. I will update this if it ever gets resolved.
