I initially made this model for a reno I was doing on an old caravan. I like it so much I packed it up, scripted it, added animations and mesh props (pillows/book) and made it available to buy. The windows can be fully or partially closed. The door and lights work.
It has 4 different color and texture schemes. There are about 6 quality sleeping animations, sitting anims and poses and even a reading animation. Being a caravan it doesn't have a lot of room for your camera, but you could live in it if need be. The AvSitter v2 scripts are freely available and highly modifiable, and you could add some more poses if you wanted. or adjust them for your avatar size. The caravan is 17 LI plus 0.5 for each prop (1 if you use the reading animation because of the pillow and the mesh book).
I have also included the Redneck Penthouse Version. This beautiful piece of real estate puts you above everyone else with million dollar views. Take the stairs to redneck heaven. This version is 18 LI
