*You can Right Click Sit anywhere on deck or pool area to bring up menu for the animations.

*You can change the texture of the deck from the AVsitter menu

*You can rezz Props (Pool Water, Champagne, Floatie) with touching the Pool stairs

You also get a Standalone Deck that you can stretch to your liking and use as you wish.
