This is the RPG Chat Title coming in two versions!

There is a base version (without RLV) included listening to a channel
And additionally there is the RLV version included that works without talking to a channel but that needs a RLV Viewer and RLV activated.

You can:
* set the name
* change the channel (for base version)
* speak OOC
* talk
* whisper
* shout
