It is copy and modify, you can resize it as you wish.
We can say this model take only 5 prims in real size, but we think many people will like it in bigger size, so we prefer say that cost 10 prims in average.

Plenty of flowers on Second Life are not flower, but just a texture put on 8 panels.
To avoid to pursuit on this way, and because it is easy to create texture from this mesh 3D flower and put it on panels, we forbid it strictly, please.
