Lovingly crafted collar featuring a scripted, ringing bell that reports the toucher in chat, "Tracey rang Regan's bell !". Root prim is the front ring, so adding more functional Owner/pet scripts is simply a matter of drag and drop.

Very pretty collar! But...
...Oh, my gods it's so hard to edit and get it to fit your character. So many parts of this thing. And hard to reshape it to fit your neck. I'm a Novice at editing and modding. And this is not noive friendly at all. This would be the most perfect and cute lil collar if it had RESIZE SCRIPTS. Just a simple resize script so it'll be easier. I gave 4 stars because of the lack of a resize script. Come on, man... Help a Novice out. Geeze.
