Yes, it is mod!
While it claims to be no modify when you look at it in your inventory, this is purely due to the no-mod scripts. I rezzed this workstation and was able to change the color just fine. It does have a very good animation for the seat and it looks great. Quite appropriate for a sci-fi RP setup.

would be better if it was mod. A lot of work went into this. chair part looks great. awesome sitting ani. with a little work you can put your own prims in front of the display, which needs to be upgraded to better textures. with a little bit more work this could be one of the better computer stations out there. despite the flaws its worth getting.
