thats a simpel Ribbon with 14 prims and about 8 meter long you can mod it if you want . Just place it, wear you scissor, then rightklick the ribbon and choose "Cut the line". You wave now and the ribbon plays several Crowd Clapping sounds. then you cut the ribbon and its fall to ground. done :) if you test it you can reset with command: /3 new
