To use this cat bike you should right click on it in your inventory and select wear.

(NOTE: This is not a rezzable vehicle but an attachment.)

When you ride around on it your avatar will animate and the wheel will turn.

CHAT COMMANDS
There are a couple of options built into the toy that you can control with chat commands.

Use the commands /1duston & /1dustoff to turn the dust particle trails on/off.

Use the commands /1soundon & /1soundoff to turn the wheel squeaking sounds
