Excellent Older Build
When trying to make a western ranch sim, I couldn't find a barn that fit that down to earth style. So I finally bought this one, with the hope I could mod it. And for being an entirely prim build(mostly) if you're good with textures, and materials even PBR you can wake this old barn up into this decade in so many ways. I removed one entire wall, and gave it two run out pen sides, changed it to wood siding and heartwood red beams. Changed the loft into a foyer hangout area with a small chimney. Changed out the flooring and put in a custom texture with stall mats, and turned the cubbies into tack, grain, and wash stalls inside. Really, if you're handy and have an extra few hundred prim to spare on your sim its worth it. (Also can just replace entire sections with mesh with another barn if you wanted to go that direction!) If you're in a high lag area, or a bad connection beware it can take a couple tries to get all of it to rez out!
Bad doors
Ive tried many times to rez the saratoga and it seems half the stable doors to outdoor pens wont allow people to walk through them. This stable is a great price but its taking alot of repairs to make workable
Just the way I like it!
I really love this stable! I will admit that at first I was a little nervous about buying this stable but once I went and looked at it in world, I knew that I found exactly what I was looking for in a stable. Thank you and keep up the awesome work!
Best buy!
This is the best looking stable i could find out there. Excellent texturing, lots of nice details, and not to forget an awsome creator that helps you out if you encounter problems! I highly recommend it!

The barn that you need!
I recently purchased the Saratoga barn after much consideration. I was not sure about it because it was a bit costly compared to others...and used a few more prims. Well.....I have owned over 15 different Barns in SL......and the Saratoga is so much better than the rest!!!!! I presently have 40-50 horses housed comfortably...could put in more if wanted.
Stop for a minute and think about what you have spent on your horses.....now this barn does not seem that expensive. The doors work.....every single time! Can't tell you how many barns I own with messed up door systems. If you are tired of the small barns with parts that do not work.....spend a little extra.....and get the best barn in SL.
I have also had questions for builders of barns in the past. Many of them were virtually non existent. If you have customer service problems...good luck. This is NOT the case with the Saratoga....I had some concerns...and the owner of the company got with me and offered immediate assistance. Turns out nothing was wrong with the barn....but he still helped! That kind of customer service is rare.
