The Lodge I built for my sim and I concentrated on High detail therefore the LI
is a little high, but if you have plenty to spare its a very nice build.
Great for a Large store, Club or set inner walls and use as a home.
Perfectly fits on a 1/4 parcel leaving plenty of room.

You will receive the Building at
114m X 91m with a Land Impact of 1272
It can be stretched down to
98m X 78m with a Land Impact of 947 with sufficient head clearance at entrances.

The Build is Copy/Mod to adjust as needed
