Rikugou I.C.E. Cold Mod by Acrusis

This modification for the Utilizator Rikugou Avatar and is the third in the Alectric Series by Acrusis.

You will need the Utilizator Rikugou Avatar for this mod (no mesh or sculpt parts come with this augmentation). Works with all version of the Rikugou Avatar.

You will also need a minor editing experience but it is all covered in the note card that comes with the mod.

(Ice Creates Energy) I.C.E. Cold was inspired by the use of ice-based technology. This makes me wonder how many other forms of alternate energy are there?
