Animated Texture scripts makes the kelp ripple with the currents. The texture animation script can be removed to conserve sim resources. Once that is done it only retains the texture animation when copied from inventory. Smaller shafts will be .5LI with script removed.

Modifiable - make it small or large, change colors. Land Impact will change with size.

Copy to make as many as needed.
