Simply rez the giver whereever you like. When friends or visitors click it, it will offer them a broom. Just wear it, and their busy cleaning up your place. Contains full animation and sound. You can even walk around while sweeping. It may require that you shut off your AO. Mesh item.

Great customer support and service!
This broom looks great and the animation and sound are good. I purchased this broom not realizing it was a mesh product and was unable to use it on my land. When I contacted the creator about this issue, he was very quick to resolve it for me. If you like and use mesh items, I recommend this item as well worth the price. Based on the customer service alone, I give this guy 5 stars.
