[RoS] Fullperm Dotted Plane Mesh

Another interesting Blender experiment that I think turned out pretty cool! Unfortunately it wouldn't allow me to upload it with multiple texture faces so this one has a single material face. There are textured examples included but NO loose textures or materials are provided! These should be pretty straightforward to texture. Just drag and drop any square texture onto it.

!! FAIR WARNING THESE MESHES WILL INCREASE DRAMATICALLY WITH RESIZE! I recommend keeping them under 5m unless you have the land allowance for it !!
