[RoS] Moon Mirrors

These moon phase mirrors will add a touch of celestial whimsy to any room. Featuring 20 ombre metal frame colors accessible via touch menu. The emissive light within the mirrors can be tinted any color or disabled by using the SL edit menu. Included is a fullperm emissive texture in case you want to get fancy with it. I included simple instructions on how to do this. The frame itself takes any gradient or seamless texture well if you wish to customize it further.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to see the "reflections" in the mirror you MUST have mirrors enabled, but these mirrors look just fine without that feature (to save yourself the FPS).
