Robbie the Robot
============
Robbie was the star of the 1956 Sci-Fi movie FORBIDDEN PLANET. As science fiction fans ourselves we have lovingly recreated this Robbie in great detail with the utmost fidelity to the original. Too many prims to be practical for most land owners, but as a shoulder pet (hence at attachment) his prim count is a glorious irrelevance!

We scripted him to appear in a beautiful blue force field of particles whenever he is rezzed. We also made him interactive. Touch him and he selects a random response, spoken in a metallic robotic voice (produced with a professional vocoder). His responses are drawn from a range of well known robots, ranging from HAL 9000 to Bender, Marvin to, well Robbie. We even created some original phrases that play well in Second Life too.

And of course his 'ear' radar loops rotate on their respective axis too.

He sits on your shoulder, enigmatic and silent (until touched), like the original, your servant and protector!

The only shoulder pet to be both cute and cool.

Note.
If you'd like original statements to be created for Robbie to say in this same metalic voice, saying anything you want, we can do that too. It's affordable, but there are costs associated with preparing vocoder files. Contact Frankie Rockett for details if you want these (optional) extras.

  • Amazingly detailed shoulder pet
  • Emits particle field when he is rezzed
  • Speaks in metalic robot voice when touched
  • Says one of 25 robot phrases when clicked
  • Fun and attention grabbing. Cusomisable too!
