Copy means you can duplicate it.
Modify means you can change its scale.
Also in the pack : full perms UVs, AOs and diffuse textures, so you can create your own roll of fabrics.

Be aware that when you resize a mesh, its land impact might increase.
As for all my not full perms items, this creation is for your personal use, no resell or sharing is allowed.
