This one level mesh villa has all that a roman heart wish and need: 4 spacious rooms, one extra big room, latrina, bathroom, garden, porch, stable, columns, many doors which open on bump (set to owner and group, can be changed to owner only, everyone, group, friends list).
You get all what you can see on the pictures, that means; horses, amphoras, 2 curtains, hedges and so on.
Pictures are taken with ambient occlusion and shadow enabled: most floors and roofs have texture materials enabled.
The villa is full modify (except scripts), feel free to change textures or add flowers to your garden, remove the stable interior and use it as a shop or a craftmen place etc etc.
Please note: this is a very huge villa, your land must be larger than the villa. Too small parcels cause rezzing problems! In that case go to a large sandbox, rez the building there. Grab all parts and rez it out of your inventory without rezzer.
*** Never unlink the entire building! The prim count will increase very much. Only unlink single parts. If you are unsure, go to a sandbox and try it there.

As the title says. Simply stunning build. Such detail, low prim for what's included, and the textures are great too. I actually had trouble purchasing this in world so came here to MP which worked out great because now I can review it. Plenty of room to move, things work as they should (doors etc) and the ambiance is just perfect.
I've purchased other builds from her since and equally in love. I shopped around for roman builds from other creators, some cost less and some cost more, but THESE are the best. You really do get what you pay for.
One more note to add: I shot a quick question to the builder (user error issue) who responded immediately. So friendly, so approachable. It makes dealing with sellers far easier when they take the time to talk to you. I can't praise the builds or Chantale enough, and can't wait to see what she does next. If you're after quality roman builds buy this (and the Domus Gabinius - epic!), you won't go wrong!
