if you have decided to buy one of our Villa's here is some info you may wish to know:
The description of the rez box will state the builds land impact and foot print.
all of Villa should be Mod/Copy/NoTransfer. the Villas water with splash may be the
only part thats no Mod

The Villa is in a rez box DO NOT unpack this
simply place it in world on land you have rights to build on
and left click it and chose Rez from the Dialog Menu.
the Villa should rez behind the rez box as you look at the logo on the top correctly,
the rez box is usually located under the front door.
The Rezbox is Compatible with the Nova tech Horizons system
if you own this you may load it into the system by dropping it in the continence
of the Horizons platform device

The lockable door or doors contain in the root prim a notecard
as a standers the notecard says:
unlocked
Sailor Vasiliev
sylar Oppewall
To lock the door add your username exactly as it is spelled case sensitive
and change the word "unlocked to locked"
then only the names on the list can access the door, if others approach the door
a knock sound will play and you can type the following in open chat to grant entry:
come/enter/open/exit.

Lovely textures and a very neat building but..
the but is it comes in four different parts that you have to rezz and move around to fit together - not difficult to do. It is somewhat expensive for what it is.
