Villa Octavian

In the same spirit as the Villa Gladius, the Octavian draws on previous design influences to create a stunning, and majestic villa to call home, that no one can resist.
Footprint of 50X100m
A gorgeous peristyle garden greets you at the entrance to this villa, with cypress on either side, hedges that line the pathways, a small shrine also features. All of these give the villa a lovely view no matter where you are on the grid.
The villa itself features a beautiful domed entrance with oculus and light pouring in, the atrium features a small pool of water in the floor, a bath is situated to one side, with two small rooms on the other side.
The upstairs features several rooms, including the royal bedroom decorated in red plaster, the entrance is framed on the upstairs with intricate grill work and columned arches, and two rooms on either side have balconies that overlook the front garden.
At the back of the Atrium downstairs, you will see a column with a small handle built into the side of it, pulling this handle will reveal the secret stairs that lead down to the dungeon, which features two cages.
Utilizes the Rez-Faux system. A single box to rez and move the build easily into place on your land.
