Not a good buy
The size of this texture is 256 x 256, and the resolution is poor. This may be ok if you are expecting to apply it to a very - very small surface, like the side of a small box or cabinet.
But for any larger surface it is going to look badly blurred and out of focus. The Romans used frescos to cover entire walls of rooms; this texture is useless for that.
