All layers have modify permissions so you can easily change colour or tint to suit your outfit or skin tone. Perfect for both dark or light skins.
As well as a set of tattoo layers you'll also find in the pack complete layer sets of Undershirt / Shirt / Jacket and Omega appliers.*
