A nice simple assassin fan to have for those lady assassins out there or prettyboy assassins. The sheath is placed in your hair to give a sense of style but to also fool your enemy to think you are weaponless. Rose Bud works well paired with Sakura's Kiss for dual weilding action and character fashion. The weapon is DCS and RCS scripted and is modable to add DCS effects to it.
