A Super house with it's own swimming pool at the rear. The house comes with Full Security, Locking Doors, Tint Windows via menu system, Free Gifts including Rug's, Bookshelf, Log Fire, Shelving and Pictures. The internal doors are Automatic so just walk to them and they will open automatically, you have two Sun Decks, one at the front and one at the rear next to the swimming pool and a large Attic room that would make a super large bedroom, there is also two bedrooms downstairs as well, a really fabulous house just waiting for you to make into a 'Home' The footprint is 55x30 so plenty of room inside and the prim count is 96. If you choose to use the free gifts then of course the prim count will be a little more
