This is a System Sock designed to hide toenails from the older skins you may want to wear.
This Sock is Modifiable and can be edited and tinted, this base color is White.

So this is for your toes, if you are using bakes on mesh and currently want to use a older skin, this covers up the nails that would show up on the mesh you are baking it on.
There is still a lot of bugs with BOM is important to note that you may not see the socks in edit mode, why this is i have no idea, but its good to know what color you would like to set your skin tone as for hiding of your nails. Please be aware i am not responsible for this bug and you are aware of this problem before your purchase!

Was looking for these for BoM because I know nail gloves were a thing back in the day when we used to start using prim nails on our sytem hands lol Not sure about toe hiding though. Strangely...can't find anything on MP search anymore for "Nail hide, finger fade, toe blend.." ect ect ect gawds xD
No more white toes!!
My Maitreya feet had white toes with BoM but I put these on my system feet, tinted them and now my feet look great!!

After observing many sL residents and trying on an endless amount of demos, yesterday, I switched to mesh after 8 years of using the default system avatar. Why so long? Because I liked the skin I purchased back in 2013 and could never find a similar one when mesh bodies truly became popular. The new full bento mesh body I purchased included a BOM version, enabling me to use my favorite skin. Although the toe area was a little off with simple tweaking, I managed to match the color seamlessly-- no more unsightly toe texture fungus here! Now I can travel the vast grid with open-toe sandals and pace about my rental unabashedly with feet that rival my SO's flawlessly pedicured footsies. I'm Old-New again. Or New-Old again...
