this Ceiling Fan with light's has only one script to minimize lag but still has sub menu's to make your selection in lights or fan speeds, it's also modifiable for coloring the metal or even the bulbs w/e you like to do (the metal is originally silver) and to change the length of the pole to fit your ceilings, it is about 5 prims but only has the land impact of 3
