Rotgar is a dark shaman, he specailises in poison coated blades that he sells to the more unruely people of the world. This particular dagger is his most potent and dangerous, one small cut and the poison will flow through the body in seconds.
This weapon is scripted with a Spellfire dagger script and does poison damage. Though the weapons may say different it comes modifyable to be adjusted for any size avatar.

Why are people adding belts to weapons? The animation is some arm movement and sound. Minimal to say the least. Drop a few extra L$ and get what you want commissioned.
