land impact is 10 including the door.
The door on the right opens and closes when you touch it (it closes automatically in 10 seconds if you leave it open).

Inside the box are multiple objects that combine the Pen and the door, and each single unit.
When rezing for the first time, I think it is more convenient to rez multiple objects and determine the position without disconnecting the link.

[About the script door]
If you Rotated the object after Rez, the door script will malfunction, so you need to reset the door script by the following method.
1. Right-click on the door to display "Edit Menu".
2. From the Edit Menu, click the Content tab and find Door Open Close (Rotate).
3. Left-click and select Door Open Close (Rotate) and select Reset.
