Gemstone has different levels of textures, from the lowest quality to high end 3D.
Diamond:
These textures has this rating due to the time and creativity put into making the texture. Often made from scratch by hand and most are exclusive to designers, these textures will be offered to designers first, then put out to public purchase if they are not contracted out. The Diamond rating means they have full perm, they can be single textures or packs.
Emerald:
These textures are available to public purchase in the shop or Market place. They are high quality just as the Diamond textures but are not offered to designers first as exclusive textures. They are offered as full perm in single or texture packs.
Ruby:
These are not 3D textures, mainly simple textures, flat and or plain, such as flat walls and one colour carpets. These will be sold in the shop and SL Market place at value prices, Freebie packs of these will be offered. The textures in this category will be set to COPY, NO MOD, NO TRANSFER.
