~Ruffle Mini Set - Shabby Cat Petites~

I own the biggie version of this ruffle mini from Shabby Cat and I loved it. I used it all the time when I was a biggie.. so when I saw this I was very excited! I found out though, the base for the skirt is on the same layer as the shirt, no version without shirt.. a big reason I liked the biggie version was versatility. I hope I can find black shorts to match the skirt so I can actually wear it.. a little dissapointed I paid so much for so little options.. though I still love the skirt.
