NOTE:
You will find 1-1 white square (polygon as separate face) on each side of the ruffle, see Faces Guide model, these are marked on the "Ruffled Stool UV mark" texture as well. The purpose of these is to give an approx location in case you want to add some ornament to the texture, so you know where is the middle of that side.
If you don't need intend to do that, just apply the texture made for the rest of the ruffle to that little square too.
