This run-in shed is patterned after a RL run-in shed I built for a horse and two goats. It is a saltbox design which allows for a small loft for a stack of hay bales or other storage. Outside access to the loft is through an indiscreet door where (in RL) I would lift several bales of hay with my tractor's bucket and my (small) wife would pull them into the loft.
There are two stalls. The one on the right is intended for large livestock such as a horse or two, while the other is useful for small animals or perhaps use as a tack room.
I put a lot of effort into the details on this modestly sized shed. I know buyers will never notice, and since it did not add any LI to the build, the hinges show the bolts holding them to the doors.
I was under quarantine and bored.
What will be noticed are fine details such as the tensioning adjusters on the swinging stall and paddock doors and the sparrows at the paddock watering trough. The double hung windows were made by me and the lower window will raise and lower. The upper and lower halves of the Dutch Doors open independently. The swing hanging from the front tree swings.
Most everything in the build was made by me. Even accessories like the feed buckets and outside light, mainly because the prices were higher than the selling price of this shed. Or they were just incorrect for this build, an SL mirror of a RL build.
Everything you see in these photos is included in the package, including the fencing, the landscaping, and even the shadows. The shadows are built-in and you do not have to set your viewer in a laggy high resolution mode to see them. The sparrows are even included. But not the horses. Those you provide yourself.
The build is fully 100% copy/mod, so you can move trees or rocks, or delete what you don't like. You can change textures and even swap the sounds the doors make with your own (basic editing knowledge required).
Like all of our builds, this shed comes on a base, this one 32x32m, which is linked to the outside light (as the root prim) so you can bury the base into uneven terrain if need be. Or if you like your own land, you can unlink the base and simply delete it.
Being under quarantine I really took my time with this one, and I hope you enjoy owning it as much as I enjoyed building it and passing quarantine time.
I personally like this build so much I will follow this up with both a post and beam barn and a post and beam house.
