This potion holder has six amazing drinks in it...each of them honoring (and warning against the consumption of liquids from such) an aspect of our stars or (in the case of Giordano's Prohibitorum, a significant astronomer who met a grim end.

Fomalhaut Water - Fomalhaut is sometimes called the Solitary One. It’s sometimes called the Loneliest Star. It really does look lonely because it’s as the only bright star in a large area of sky. Fomalhaut is Alpha Piscis Austrinus (the brightest star in the Southern Fish), and the name Fomalhaut derives from the Arabic Fum al Hut, meaning Mouth of the Fish. Strangely, another Arabic title for the star means The First Frog.

According to Richard Hinckley Allen, Fomalhaut was one of the four guardians of the heavens to the ancient Persians, and given the name of Hastorang. (The other guardians were Aldebaran in Taurus, Antares in Scorpius, and Regulus in Leo.) Allen also says that Fomalhaut was a source of worship at the temple of Demeter at Eleusis in ancient Greece. In about 2500 BC, Fomalhaut helped mark the location of the winter solstice, meaning that it helped to define the location in the sky where the sun crossed the meridian at noon on the first day of winter.

Geminga Juice - Geminga, Geminga pulsar, imaged in X-ray wavelengths by the Earth-orbiting XMM-Newton X-ray observatory. The … [Credit: European Space Agency]isolated pulsar (a rapidly rotating neutron star) about 800 light-years from Earth in the constellation Gemini, unique in that about 99 percent of its radiation is in the gamma-ray region of the spectrum.

Giordano's Prohibitorum - Giordano Bruno was burned at the stake by the Catholic Church on Feb 17 1600 for, among other things, claiming the Earth is not the centre of the universe.

Hoag's Brew - Hoag's Object is a non-typical galaxy of the type known as a ring galaxy. The appearance of this object has interested amateur astronomers as much as its uncommon structure has fascinated professionals. The galaxy is named after Arthur Allen Hoag who discovered it in 1950 and identified it as either a planetary nebula or a peculiar galaxy with 8 billion stars.

Mayall's Poton - Mayall's Object (also classified under the Atlas of Peculiar Galaxies as Arp 148) is the result of two colliding galaxies located 500 million light years away within the constellation of Ursa Major. It was discovered by Nicholas U. Mayall of the Lick Observatory on 13 March 1940, using the Crossley reflector. When first discovered, Mayall's Object was described as a peculiar nebula, shaped like a question mark. Originally theorized to represent a galaxy reacting with the intergalactic medium, it is now thought to represent the collision of two galaxies, resulting in a new object consisting of a ring-shaped galaxy with a tail emerging from it. It is thought that the original collision between the two original galaxies created a shockwave that initially drew matter into the center which then formed the ring.

Triangulum Elixer - Triangulum is a small constellation in the northern sky. Its name is Latin for triangle, and it should not be confused with Triangulum Australe in the southern sky. Its name derives from its three brightest stars, of third and fourth magnitude, which form a nearly isosceles long and narrow triangle. Triangulum was one of the 48 constellations listed by the 2nd century astronomer Ptolemy, and remains one of the 88 modern constellations.

Now all of these drinks are questionable in quality and in safety as a beverage. And remember....NEVER run with scissors!

This tray is 19 prim and can be set out if you prefer tho it will res upside down.

As with all our work, we will be happy to customize it for you for an additional fee if you contact Kittycat in world.

By the way, custom means we do different possibly custom textures on the decanter or barrel, and perhaps on the cups/mugs/horns/glass inside plus edit the chatter the cup does. We are more than happy, at no additional fee, to change out any drink in any of the decanters for any others. We have no way of knowing what you like to drink, and do not consider taking a barrel we have made up and shifting the drinks in it to something else as custom. That is just good customer service.
