Inspired by an SL classic - Bill Linden's De Haro Cabin - but with lots of details added and of course (since it's a Chin Rey house) much lower land impact, Chin Rey's Appalachian Cabin is a grungy, rustic country cabin with wood shingle walls and details made from old, weathered wood, perhaps especially suitable for an East Coast/midwestern U.S. setting. By default that is. The basic design is amazingly versatile and since the house is fully modifiable and works with standard textures you can retexture it to suit just about every style you can imagine.

Chin Rey's Appalachian Cabin comes in eight slightly different variants:
+ 1208 01A, the basic model, 12x8 m, single room, door to the left, 4 LI.
+ 1208 02A, same but with door to the left.
+ 1208 03A, a more battered and worn variant with doorstep included and slightly smaller windows, 5 LI.
+ 1208 04A, same as 03A but with door to the left.
+1608 01A-04A, same as the four 1208 styles but larger (16x8 m) and with a divider wall in the middle.
The one for sale here is the 1608 02A.

Modifying the item
Chin Rey's Appalachian Cabin 1608 02A is fully modifiable and you can resize and/or retexture it any way you like.
(To avoid any misunderstanding: Chin Rey's Appalachian Cabin 1608 02A will be listed as not modifiable in you inventory. That is because it contains a no-modify script. Once rezzed, the item itself can be modified any way you like.)

That means you have permission to use in Second Life as many modified and unmodified copies as you like for your own personal use and as parts of public and rental builds owned by you or a group where you are one of the owners. You also have permission to keep as many copies as you like in your inventory. You do *not* have permission to distribute it in any way (This includes rezzing copies of the item on other people's land for other people's use!) or use it in any way outside Second Life.
