By popular demand here is a full perm mesh rustic shop, comes with AO and UV maps as well as SL texture faces. Item footprint is 11.5 x 11.5 and only 34 prim LI.
Attention has been taken to make SL texturing as easy as possible but you will still need to play around with the texture offsets.
This item is 34 prim LI linked mesh, unlinking will result in higher LI.
The item(s) can be textured using SL texture faces however using the UV/AO maps will give better results.

The doors are linked to the build, and unscripted. If you're scripting them to open yourself you'll have to unlink and hinge them... Or unlink and just replace them with doors that have hinge pivot points already. As for the structure, I love it, and i love how easy it is to retexture with the help of the AO maps! I'm enjoying removing what doesn't suit my build and adding what does to make the shop how I want. It's a good build with a lot of potential! The roof does detatch so there's also the ability to turn it into a 2 story, if you want. xD
