The 4 buildings in this set were designed to be used in medieval-themed areas as merchant shops. The extremely low prim count of the structures does not negate the attention to detail, however; the complexity of the stone, post & beam vernacular style and design of the individual parts places this house firmly alongside the others in upholding the Rustica tradition of quality design.

These buildings contain a variety of bonus features and items as well as functionality rarely found in such economical structures. The focus on detail and craftsmanship includes:

• Sculpted stone walls and wall beams with stone wall base, not flat prims with a texture
• Stone front step control: click the front step prim to change to 6 different floor textures.
• Post and beam/plaster construction over stone foundation, beamed ceiling
• 1-off and baked texture work throughout
• BONUS: Add-on sculpted, snowy roof with icicles which can be placed over the existing roof to match winter themes.
• BONUS: Removable cloth canopy/awning for the front of the buildings.
