The third of my houses designed for those with a smaller prim and linden budget, The Crossley has 3 different versions included with this purchase from 168 -194 prims. While lower in prims than some of my others, the complexity of the post & beam vernacular style and design of the individual parts places this house firmly alongside the others in upholding the rustica tradition of quality design and attention to detail. As a bonus feature, the Crossley House comes with 3 different versions with the one purchase; A full version, a version with no upstairs and a version with no upstairs and no separate bedroom door and wall, so it is completely open inside (for use as a store or merchant building).
